Settlio provides a free relocation checklist. No account, payment or email registration is required.

1. Your checklist

Your three questionnaire answers, generated relocation checklist and completed-task progress are saved in your browser. They remain there until you reset the checklist, clear browser storage or an incompatible checklist update resets saved progress. Excel downloads are created in your browser.

To measure interest in the service, selected questionnaire categories are transmitted separately as aggregate counters as described below. The generated checklist, task IDs and completion progress are not sent to the custom analytics database.

2. Usage statistics

We count landing-page views, questionnaire starts, generated relocation checklists, first task completions, downloads and views of Settlio information pages. We also count broad referral categories: direct, search, social, other referral or not applicable. Full referral addresses, query strings and campaign parameters are not sent to the custom analytics database.

When a checklist is generated, we count the selected passport, work and household categories. Skipped answers are counted as “skipped”. Each category is added independently to a daily total. Individual questionnaires, category combinations and visitor histories are not retained in the custom analytics database. Counts represent events, not unique visitors.

We also collect aggregate responses to an optional question about whether users found the checklist useful. Responses are counted by category without being linked to individual visitors or their checklist information.

We do not use advertising trackers, fingerprinting or analytics cookies.

3. Website hosting

The website uses hosting and security services and a managed database. The aggregate counter database's primary region is Ireland. Hosting and security providers process ordinary technical connection and security data, such as IP addresses, request details, timestamps and browser or device information, to deliver, protect and monitor the service.
